- Meeting Point: Rottnest Island Visitor Centre – 1 Henderson Ave, Rottnest Island WA 6161. Your guide will meet you at the base of the main passenger jetty to begin your tour
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

- Exclusions: Meals, drinks, ferry tickets, and hotel transfers
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

- Toilets are available at the start point and throughout the tour

- Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under are not permitted. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+

- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled. Guests will be offered a full refund or change of date per their preference

- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure date: full refund less any booking fees and bank fees
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

- 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
