• Bookings must be made at least 3 business days in advance
• You must provide the following information at time of booking: full names of all passengers, flight details and flight number, hotel name and address, contact phone number while in Phuket, and infant seat requirements (if applicable)
• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address.
• Please note: ICS Travel will be in contact via email within 2–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly.

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to your booking
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your booking and no refund will be provided

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please note: Please have your main contact number active once landed, as it will be used for main communication to be in touch with the driver either by regular call, text message or through internet call connection (such as WhatsApp)
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2026

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and drinks, and optional gratuities for your driver
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Transfer valid for up to three or six passengers, as selected, regardless of age (including children and infants)
• Infant & Child booster seats: One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge. Additional seats will be charged from 210THB per seat required. Guests can also bring their own infant seat free of charge.
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way OR return transfers, as selected at time of booking
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible

Luggage restrictions:

• Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: Three (3) suitcases
• Luggage capacity for up to six people transfer: Six (6) suitcases
• Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you
