• Pick-Up Point: Complimentary pickup from the major hotels is available before your flight. This includes Sails in the Desert Hotel, Desert Gardens Hotel, Ayers Rock Resort Campground, Outback Pioneer Hotel and Coach Campground. Passengers staying at Emu Walk Apartments will be picked up from Desert Gardens Hotel, and passengers staying at the Lost Camel will be picked up from Sails in the Desert Hotel. A confirmation email will arrive with your confirmed pick-up time and location once a booking has been secured

• Please arrive at your pick-up location or the departure point no less than 15 minutes prior to the specified time. No shows and late arrivals will void offer

Important:

• Kings Canyon National Park Pass is not included, all passengers must purchase online prior to boarding the helicopter
• No helicopter tour will fly over the top of Uluru or Kata Tjuta. PHS abide by the National Parks Australia procedures for flying within the National Park
• Lunch is not provided on this tour, please pack own snacks/food accordingly
• Passengers and baggage weights to be supplied upon booking, a weight variance of more than 10% may incur full cancellation on the spot with no refund
• All passengers must receive a safety briefing before departure
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap
• Closed-toe, nonslip footwear is recommended for this activity, as is long-sleeve clothing in the cooler months
• For each guest weighing 125 kilograms or more, please select the appropriate ticket at the time of purchase as this provides an additional seat adjacent or opposite onboard the helicopter for passenger comfort
• Aircraft can carry between 4–6 passengers per flight pending the aircraft being utilised on the day. All helicopters are assigned due to a number of operational reasons including aircraft availability, weather, maintenance and total weights of all passengers onboard. If you are travelling with more than 6 passengers, please reach out to the reservations team directly and they will assist in catering to your group
• Please allow 4.5 hours for this experience. Please note the flight portion of this tour is approximately two hours

Terms & Conditions:

• All passengers must be fit and able to walk unassisted for 45–60 minutes across uneven ground on a guided creek bed walk. Passengers will need to be able to safely load and unload the helicopter without assistance. Please note steps and platforms are required to enter the helicopters
• Minimum numbers apply for the tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy the minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Professional Helicopter Services. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• There is no individual weight limit however there is a maximum total weight limit for the aircraft. Accurate passenger weights are critical for the safe operation of helicopters, please ensure that any supplied passengers’ weights are as accurate as possible. Professional Helicopter Services are required by law to measure the weights of all passengers and any cargo that are transported on our helicopters before flight and mismatches between supplied and actual weights can lead to significant delays or non-refundable cancellations in some circumstances
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details are provided
• Professional Helicopter Services will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Professional Helicopter Services works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellation requests should be made in writing by email and addressed to uluru@phs.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• All change requests must be made in writing by email and addressed to uluru@phs.com.au
