Terms & Conditions:
- Door to door service is offered as part of your tour. If your driver does not arrive 10 minutes after the agreed pick-up time, please call the SMARTOUR RIVIERA helpline on +33 (0) 620296010.
- Minimum two people required for any departure.
- Departure and return times may vary depending on traffic.
- All customers are insured against accidents during transport, except when boarding or leaving the vehicle. SMARTOUR RIVIERA cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. French legislation requires people to fasten their seatbelt in the vehicle.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: full refund with cancellation fee of 50 € for refunds by bank transfer or credit card
- Cancellations within 7 days of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking
- 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
