• Up to 2 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking

• Guests are to bring swimwear for bathing
• Waterproof footwear such as thongs or slides are also recommended
• Lockers are provided, however it is recommended to leave your valuables at home

• Not valid: Victoria School holidays and public holidays including 7 November and 25 December – 29 January 2025

• Country liquor licensing laws apply. Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol
