This does mean that your weather call may be very close to your pick up time but due to the nature of flying in this region we are unable to make the call any earlier.

Complimentary pick-ups start 50 minutes prior to departure, confirmation of your pick up time is detailed above.

Check-in time if you are self-driving to us at Queenstown Airport is 30 minutes prior. PLEASE NOTE: We, unfortunately, do not have free parking at Queenstown Airport. Terminal Parking A is the closest parking to our check-in and costs a maximum of $20 for the day. For the closest free on-street parking please head to Douglas Street or McBride Street. We have a link to ‘where to find us’ in the beginning section of this email.

This is a half day experience, from check-in 30 minutes before departure, to landing back at Queenstown Airport. If you have plans immediately after your experience with us, please let us know in advance.

Please also find attached our Explore Milford Map detailing the short walks available whilst in Milford Sound. We can also offer you the option to experience lunch at The Milford Sound Lodge, just let us know prior to departure and we can arrange a transfer for you.

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Flight cancellations require a minimum notification period of 24 hours prior to departure
• Cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for a full refund claim
• No refund applies if booking is cancelled within 24 hours

Changes to booking

• A minimum of 24 hours is required to change a booking you have made

Important:

• Guests will have up to two hours of unguided free time at Milford Sound. Activities are not included
• Infants aged 0–2 are permitted on board for free and must weigh less than 15kgs
• Infants over 15kgs must occupy their own seat and must purchase a child ticket
• The Pilot in Command will determine the seating of passengers based on the weight and balance restrictions of that specific aircraft
• Food and drinks are not included

Terms and Conditions:

• Weight restrictions apply. Passengers over 140kgs must notify Glenorchy Air prior to departure. Should your actual weight at the time of check-in exceed 15kg over your declared weight, your booking may need to be rescheduled due to weight and balance limits
• Given alpine flying conditions, Glenorchy Air reserves the right to alter the flight paths, and activity durations or cancel flights and activities due to weather and safety considerations. Alternative road transport will be arranged if necessary
• Should a flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, it may be rescheduled depending on the passenger’s schedule and flight availability

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
