Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Every day

Availability:

• Available every day: 8am or 1.30pm
• Pick-up and drop-offs are included from selected central Queenstown accommodation or information centres – please select your location at time of booking
• Please be ready at least five minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please note that the actual pick-up time depends on other pick-ups. During busy periods, there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes

Important:

• Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Food, drinks and optional gratuities are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please allow up to approximately four hours and 15 minutes for this experience, including travel time
• This tour includes an easy 15-minute (return) nature walk to a ‘Lord of the Rings’ scene over a formed trail. Guests have the option of staying in or near the vehicle if they wish at any of the stops
• Guests travel in a six-seater 4WD Land Rover or Land Cruiser, subject to availability or rate option selected

Terms & Conditions:

• All tours are subject to minimum number requirements. In instances where these minimum tour numbers are not met, an alternative tour may be offered, or a refund will be given
• Nomad Safaris reserves the absolute right to cancel or reschedule any scheduled departures as a result of road or weather conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
