Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancel bookings up to 72 hours before travel to receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee

• Drop-Off-Pick-Up Point: Bulleid Way, 123-151 Buckingham Palace Rd, Victoria, London SW1W 9SR
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

• Exclusions: Food and drinks not mentioned are not included in this experience
• Please note: Branded buses are subject to availability. Alternative buses may be used during peak periods
• Please arrive before your schedule check-in time, the bus must depart exactly on time
• The bus will stop at Baker Street stop for approximately 10 minutes (subject to traffic) after it departs from Victoria on the outward journey to the studios. Customers may get off earlier at Baker Street on the return journey to Victoria
• There are no restrooms available on board the transport buses
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum 5 tickets redeemable per person
• Butterbeer™ may contain nuts and other ingredients that may cause allergies
• Although social distancing measures are no longer be in place, a one-way system will be in operation

Terms & Conditions:

• A transportation fee is charged for infants aged 3 & 4 as they will require a seat on the bus. Infants 2 years & under require a ticket though they’re free of charge. Entry to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is free for children 4 years & under
• All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
