- Important: Your official Evans Evans tickets are required on the day to gain entry to your tour. If you have not received your tickets and confirmation by email within 1-3 business days, please check your junk and spam folder.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for boarding. Late arrivals and no-show void offer
Important:
- Hotel transfers, food and drinks are not included
- Audio guides are currently unavailable so all tours will be live guided in English only
- If a member of your party has special accessibility requirements, please contact Evan Evans Tours directly no later than seven days prior to the departure date. This includes the use of wheelchairs
- During summer months the tours may not be in the hours of darkness due to sunset times
- Please note toilets are not guaranteed onboard the coach
- Seatbelts must always be worn when travelling onboard
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes), food and drinks are not permitted onboard
Terms & Conditions:
- Evan Evans E-tickets are valid on your nominated date, or on any other date during normal operating hours, for up to 30 days afterwards, subject to availability. You will require a printed copy of your ticket
- Tickets can only be used for one visit and will be taken in by the supplier upon exchange
- Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult
- The itinerary and the finishing point are subject to change depending on traffic conditions
- Evan Evans reserves the right to cancel, re-schedule or make other adjustments to any tour departure upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and in any other circumstances
- If Evan Evans cancels a tour at any time before its departure date, Evan Evans will offer, at its option, a comparable tour if available or a future travel credit (FTC) to the value of the original booking
