Sample Itinerary
- 8.15am - Check-in and meet your guide. Your guide will provide a map for your afternoon walk.
- 8.30am - Kayak briefing
- 9am - Kayak from Marahau to Observation Beach. Approx. two hours with breaks
- 12.15pm - Lunch at Observation Beach
- 12.30pm - Walk from Observation Beach to Anchorage via Pitt Head Nature Loop (approx. two hours)
- 4pm - Water taxi from Anchorage to Marahau
- 4.30pm - Arrive back in Marahau

- Abel Tasman Kayaks reserve the right not to launch a trip on safety grounds if they consider that the wind or sea conditions are unsafe for the group
- A 10% administration/cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made prior to 48 hours of departure
- Minimum age required to participate is 12+. Children under 18 need to be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
