• Please be ready and waiting at least five minutes prior to your nominated pick-up time. Please be in the hotel lobby or driveway pick-up area of the hotel. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Rainforest walks require a low to moderate degree of fitness and follow marked paths and boardwalks. The track is a hardened or compacted surface and may have a gentle hill section or sections and occasional steps. Walks no greater than 10km.
• This is a small group tour; vehicles carry a maximum of 16 people including the driver

• Please allow six hours for this experience, including travel time

• Southern Cross Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour.
