- Departure Point: Kangaroo Island Visitor Information Centre, 43 Howard Drive, Penneshaw. The Information Centre is located directly opposite Christmas Cove Marina, Penneshaw, where you will depart from
- Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
- During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location
Important:
- This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
- No wheelchair access onboard vessel
- Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
- Food is not permitted to be eaten onboard the vessel unless given prior approval
- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
Terms & Conditions:
- Child rate applies for children aged 3–12
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
- Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
- If you arrive on a cruise ship and cannot get into Penneshaw on your tender on the day, your tour can be cancelled (and you claim costs through travel insurance), or Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari can hold it for you to use within a 3 year timeframe
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations made within 7 days and 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
