Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Senior rates apply to holders of a valid Australian or New Zealand Seniors card
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Reefwalker Ocean Discovery Tours for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than three days before departure date: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 12–72 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 12 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Note: Cancellations must be made in writing (post or email) and received by Reefwalker Ocean Discovery before the time constraints given in detail above

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability and surcharges may apply
• Missed tours cannot be refunded or rescheduled
