- Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Senior rates are for holders of a valid Seniors card only. Please have your ID ready to present on the day of tour
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- There are 250 steps required to descend and ascend to enter/exit the cave. Moderate physical exertion is required to enter this cave
- Tickets are valid only for the day selected at purchase
