• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Dress for the weather, sunglasses and comfortable shoes
• Do not wear gumboots

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers, food and drinks. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Amuri Jet Adventures
• All children (3–13) must be accompanied by an adult
• As a passenger, should you have an existing physical condition, please let a member of the crew know prior to engaging in this experience
• Please allow approximately one hour for jet boat ride experience, or up to two hours for family tickets (family tickets are: two adults + one child, two adults + two children OR two adults + three children)
