Important:

• Jacob’s Creek is now a cashless venue. All purchases made at Jacob’s Creek will be via card payment
• If you arrive late to your allocated booking time, please be aware that your tasting experience will be shortened. Please call ahead on 1300 154 474 to advise if you are running late

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two adults required for this experience to proceed. Maximum group size for this experience is eight people
• Bookings are for one hour and minimum two guests. If you book for one, Jacob’s Creek has the right to cancel should minimum numbers not be met
• You are responsible for being on time. If your group is more than 15 minutes late, your booked space and/or experience may be reassigned to other customers and the right is reserved to recover the lost revenue from you
• As alcohol is served all guests must be over the age of 18. Jacob’s Creek reserves the right to request suitable identification to prove this, such as a current photographic driver’s licence, a current passport, a current Proof of Age card or a current Keypass identification card
• Children must be supervised. Any minors who form a part of your booking must be accompanied by an adult and must not consume any alcohol on the premises
• Confirmation of numbers is required. You must confirm your final booking numbers five (5) business days prior to the booking date
• Providing 48 hours’ notice or less will result in a 100% cancellation fee
• No shows on the day, will be charged at 100% of the booking and forfeit the right to be rescheduled
• You are responsible for being on time. If your group is more than 15 minutes late, your booked space and/or experience may be reassigned to other customers and the right is reserved to recover the lost revenue from you
• Tasting fees are non-refundable if you do not attend your booking
• Jacob’s Creek reserve the right to refuse to serve a tasting experience, even with prior booking, if it is believed that member/s of the booking party may be under the influence of alcohol
