Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals, missed ferry travel, and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• In the case that Skydive Geronimo cancels a skydive due to adverse weather conditions, then they will attempt to arrange an alternative date or time to jump. If this is not suitable, then there will be no charge. Any deposit paid will be refunded

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Rebooking fees may apply

• Available: Thursday – Tuesday: Skydive times from 7.50am–2.50pm. Please note, this is your preferred SKYDIVE time. Please allow time for ferry travel from Fremantle to Rottnest Island
• Ferry departure point: B Shed Terminal, Victoria Quay, Fremantle. Travel with Sealink Rottnest
  • Departs B-Shed Fremantle to Rottnest Island: 7am
  • Departs Rottnest Island to B-Shed Fremantle: 4pm

• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. There is no need to arrive any earlier
• This experience is a Skydive and Ferry Package. You should receive your ferry ticket confirmation email within 48 hours

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, media package and hotel transfers
• Passengers under the age of 18 years will need parent or guardian consent. This means that the jumper’s legal guardian must be present on jump day to sign the paperwork. If the legal guardian cannot be present, please call 1300 449 669 or contact to make arrangements for this before jump day
• There is no upper age limit! So long as you are mobile, fit and healthy, you can jump. If you are unsure, or if you have a medical condition, please call 1300 449 669 or contact to discuss your specific case, before jump day

• In the unfortunate case of adverse weather, you will have the opportunity to reschedule the booking to a different day or receive a refund of your deposit. If you decide to travel to the island and use your ferry tickets, these are non-refundable (in the case that Skydive Geronimo booked the ferry tickets on your behalf)
• Weight limit: For your safety, a passenger weight limit of 95kgs applies. In some cases, passengers who weigh more than 95kgs can skydive, please contact Skydive Geronimo for more information

Dress Code:

• Warm weather: Wear comfortable clothing and enclosed, flat-soled shoes. On a very hot day, shorts and t-shirt are fine. Otherwise, a light jumper is recommended
• Cold weather: Wear comfortable warm clothing, enclosed flat-soled shoes and warm gloves. It is very cold at skydive altitude, so dressing in several warm layers is recommended. Bulky jackets are not appropriate
• Participants must wear fully enclosed shoes, such as running or sports trainers, with a flat sole
