Availability:

• Available every day: By appointment only
• Meeting Point: The driver will be waiting for a curbside pickup at your accommodation OR Hobart Airport pick-up area (approx. 2–3 minute walk from arrival terminal, no stairs)
• Transfer area available: Hobart City and suburban areas up to 30km from the airport. Please advise of the location at the time of booking
• Valid for the transfer location selected at the time of purchase only. Please make your selection carefully

• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer and food and drinks
• Please make sure the phone number you have provided for your booking is correct, including the full international dialling code for non-Australian numbers
• Valid for one-way transfers to OR from Hobart Airport only, as selected
• Customers will be sent a pre-pick SMS detailing a contact number for an Apple Isle Wine Tours team member. The general contact is 0414 430 033
• Infant & Child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request for a fee. Surcharge from $55 per car per seat per trip applies, subject to availability
  • Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for a one-way arrival OR departure transfer, as selected at time of booking
• Valid for transfers to or from Hobart International Airport (HBA) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Your flight number is required in order to book the transfer with Apple Isle Wine Tours
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: One (1) piece of luggage per person
  • Luggage capacity for up to 10 people transfer: One (1) piece of luggage per person
  • Please note that large amounts of luggage may attract additional surcharges. Please contact Apple Isle Wine Tours with any questions
  • Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers

• Rates may be updated by Apple Isle Wine Tours due to unforeseen circumstance
