Availability:

• Available: Wednesday – Saturday: Departs Hobart from mid-morning; returns by 5pm (approximately). Departure time is dependent on pick-up location
• Not valid: Sunday – Tuesday & Public Holidays including 29 March, 1, 2 & 26 April, 3 May and 10 June 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from central Hobart, Sandy Bay or other locations by arrangement. Please advise of accommodation location in the comments section at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Single adult (18+) rate requires a minimum of two adults to book
• Guests will visit Spring Bay Distillery, Drifters End Distillery and a choice of Charles Reuben Estate or New Norfolk Distillery. Please note, if you opt to visit New Norfolk Distillery, pick-up times will be earlier
• Included cheese platter comes with gluten-free crackers
• Food and drinks (not mentioned above) are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Coal River Farm Chocolate visit will be included if time permits. Chocolate tastings and purchases are not included and must be paid directly to vendor
• Please note, pick-up and drop-off times vary based on accommodation location
• Gratuities are optional and are not included in this tour
• This is a private tour and will not be shared with other guests

Terms & Conditions:

• All guests must be 18+ to participate in this tour and present valid ID upon request
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
