• Departure/Return Point: Roundtrip transfers West Hawaiʻi hotels and resorts are included in your package – please advise of location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

• Included breakfast is a yoghurt parfait made with locally sourced granola, an array of fresh seasonal fruit and a slice of banana bread
• Included lunch is chicken breast on a bed of orzo pasta accompanied by roasted vegetables and topped with a creamy caper, lemon and rosemary sauce. Lunch includes a macadamia nut tart for dessert
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Valid for dine-in only
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
• Guests are required to sign a waiver before tour departs
• Gratuities are not included in tour price and are not mandatory. For guests who wish to tip, common tipping for full-day tours ranges from US$20 to US$40 per person

Terms & Conditions:

• Shared tour requires a minimum of four guests to operate. If the minimum is not met, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Advance notice will be provided at least 12 hours before the start time
• Maximum number of guests per shared tour is 13 people
• Maximum number of guests per private tour is four adults and two children
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability
• Kailani Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Kailani Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• In the event of adverse weather conditions or volcanic eruptions that pose a significant risk to the safety of our esteemed guests and knowledgeable guides, Kailani Tours reserves the prerogative to exercise cancellation with the provision of a refund, or alternatively, at their own discretion, to issue a refund
