• Available every day: Departs at 10am or 2pm; ends at 12pm or 4pm (approximately)
• Meeting point: 839 Hanmer Springs Road, just past the turnoff towards Hanmer Springs from State Highway 7 and before the Waiau Ferry Bridge. There is a large carpark with plenty of parking for cars, campervans, and coaches
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return shared transfers available on request from selected accommodation in Hanmer Springs. Please contact Hanmer Springs Attraction at least 24 hours before departure date via phone at 0800 661 538 to book
• Guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 28 February 2026

• Exclusions: Food and drinks. Transfers are available on request only and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience
• Warm indoor changing areas are provided
• There is an onsite snack bar that offers drinks, ice creams, snacks, and light meals (own expense)
• Photos of your rafting experience can be purchased at an additional cost

• All participants are required to wear safety gear and adhere to safety instructions from operator
• No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to personal property whilst on any trip
• Jet boat rides are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of operators for passenger and crew safety
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
