- This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended

- Please note, the number of whales seen on each tour varies greatly throughout the season. The peak whale watching season is between August to September
- Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time

- Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
- Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
- Whale sighting guarantee: Tours have an extremely high success rate of seeing humpback whales during peak season. However, if no whales are sighted during your cruise, you will be offered a free return trip on another subsequent tour date – this ticket is subject to availability, must be used within the same whale-watching season and during a tour with other paying passengers onboard
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Tasman Venture for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Cruise start and finish times are subject to change
- Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
