- Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
- The Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation (DOBAR) and Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) have enacted a new USD$2 per passenger fee for all commercial vessels. This fee is to be paid directly to Pink Sails Waikiki for children under 3, but is included in the sale price for children (4-12) and adults (13+).
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Pink Sails Waikiki for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
