Cancellations
- Up to 20 days prior to the date of the booked service, all services can be cancelled without penalty.
- From 19 to 10 days prior to the date of the service, the cancelled services will have to be charged with 25 % of their original cost.
- From 9 to 5 days prior to the date of the service, the cancelled services will have to be charged with 50 % of their original cost.
- From 4 days until the day of the service, all cancelled services will be charged with 100 % of their original cost.
- No shows will be charged 100% of their original cost.
Changes to Booking
48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
- Comfortable shoes are highly recommended
- Sunglasses and hat recommended during the summer months
