• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 12 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

6 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Formal and smart casual are acceptable dress codes during Dhow cruise
• Men and women should avoid wearing shorts for this experience
• Short skirts and sleeveless dresses are not recommended
• Slippers and flip-flops are also not allowed

Availability:

• Available every day: Hotel pick-up from 7pm (approximately); Cruise: 8.30pm–10.30pm
  • Note: Pick-up/drop-off time varies according to hotel location. Cruise boards at 8pm
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Shared transfers from your centrally located hotel and residences in Dubai City (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Please report to the Marina 30 minutes prior to the departure time for check-in and boarding. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2025

Important:

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Elevate DMC

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–11. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Hotel transfers are shared, meaning you will share your ride with other guests
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• No refunds will be given if the customer fails to arrive at the designated boarding time for any reason
• The cruise operator reserves the right to postpone a cruise due to inclement weather, technical issues, or force majeure
• During dry days, entertainment will be closed and alcohol will not be served as per UAE government guidelines
• Guests are fully responsible for any damage or littering caused to the boat and will be held accountable for payment
• Guests must carry original ID cards, Emirates ID, or driving licenses for residents, while tourists must provide their passports for identification purposes
