Things to know
- Select your desired entry time for the lounge when booking. Bookings are request only and subject to availability
- Please ensure your full name details at the time of booking match your boarding pass information
- After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
- Please note: Plaza Premium Group will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
- Download and present confirmation voucher to be checked at entry

Important:
- Valid for MERA Business Lounge (Terminal 2) access at Cancun International Airport (CUN) only
- Use of lounge is available for three hours prior to flight
- Complimentary access is available for children aged 0–2 who are accompanying a paying adult. Children aged 2 years old or above will be charged as adults
- All children must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is at least 18 years old
- Any excess amount and additional purchases must be paid directly to Plaza Premium Group
- Must be 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
- Baggage storage is available during lounge visit only
- Guests must make sure that the area of their selected service location matches the area of the airport/terminal where their flight will depart. For example, passengers departing for Domestic Departures will not be able to use service locations in International Departures

- Passes valid for customer details, date and time provided at time of booking
- Lounge access is subject to availability
- Lounge facilities are subject to change and availability. Fees may apply for access to certain facilities, payable directly to Plaza Premium Group on the day
- In the event of any flight delays, Plaza Premium Group management may allow certain flexibility. However, such courtesy is subject to the availability of service(s) in order not to prevent other guests from enjoying the service(s) they have booked
- Departure lounges are located in the restricted area of the airport. Guests must be in possession of a valid onward boarding pass and travel documents to access the lounge. Departing passengers will need to pass through immigration and customs before proceeding to the departure lounge. Transit passengers must possess an onward boarding pass (please contact your airline for onward boarding pass details)
Cancellations
- Group bookings of 10+ people: a minimum of 72 hours’ notice by writing to Plaza Premium Group is required in the event of cancellation of a group booking for lounge facilities. No refund will be arranged for cancellation made within 72 hours prior to the reserved service date and time.
- Bookings of less than 10 people: a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the reserved service date and time must be submitted by writing to Plaza Premium Group for a cancellation
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be nonrefundable
Changes to Booking
- 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

- Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
