Cancellations

• For cancellations after 6pm on the day prior to travel, a 100% cancellation fee will apply
• For cancellations between 12 midday and 6pm on the day prior to travel, a 50% cancellation fee will apply
• For cancellations before 12 midday on the day prior to travel, no cancellation fee will apply

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day on request: Departs 8.30am, return to Cairns at 5pm (approximately)
• Departure Point: Please check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure time at Ocean Spirit’s counter inside the Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence Street, Cairns

Important:

• Family fare: Maximum of two adults and two children of the same family. Normal fare applies for additional children. Not applicable with any other discount
• Optional Great Barrier Reef activities (i.e. guided snorkel tour or introductory dive) are not included with this experience. Any additional purchases must be arranged with and paid directly to Quicksilver Cruises
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
• All taxes and levies are included in the total price. A Government Environmental Management Charge (EMC) applies to all adults and children aged 4+ entering the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage area
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. Please use caution and inform the crew of any medical conditions

• Cruises will depart in rainy weather. Cruises may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions at the discretion of the operator
• An additional fuel surcharge may apply. With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to your ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Children must be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times
