• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day:
  • Half-Day Transfer: Departs 10.45am; returns 3pm
  • Full-Day Transfer: Departs 8.30am, returns 5pm OR departs 10.45am, returns 5pm
  • Must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure time
• Departure point: Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal 1 Spence Street, Cairns, QLD 4870. Guests will receive a text message the afternoon prior to departure with berth number and vessel as well as a link to a map directing them to the correct location. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers, parking fees, watersports equipment, food and drinks (unless relevant upgrades purchased). Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor
• Children under 18 must be supervised by a paying parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under 3 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking
• All vessels are pram friendly. However walks on the island can be rocky and include steps so they are not advised when walking
• Beach hire equipment (stand up paddle boards and paddle skis) will not be available
• The beaches on Fitzroy Island are not patrolled by surf life savers
• Marine stingers are present in tropical waters from November – May. Please ensure you have arranged a stinger suit. Lycra suits can be hired from $10 per adult and $5 per child, subject to availability

Terms & Conditions:

• Itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions
• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Vessel subject to change without notice
• Optional extras:
  • Optional extra package entitles access to a choice of one (1) upgrade only: snorkel hire OR glass bottom boat tour. These must be pre-booked and cannot be amended on the day of travel
  • Lunch upgrade: Please contact Fitzroy Island Adventures directly if you have dietary requirements or require a hot dish on (07) 4231 9483 or email: res@fitzroyislandadventures.com. If no preference is given, guests will receive the cold option (sandwich or wrap)
