• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Please note, this tour does not visit Fremantle Prison or go into the Fremantle Markets as these are best enjoyed separately
• The tour covers approximately 3km at a leisurely pace. Please note, there are stairs on the tour and may be some walking on sand – please get in touch with Oh Hey WA if you have any accessibility concerns and the tour route can be adjusted accordingly
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Food, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Tours will go ahead even if it’s raining, so please bring an umbrella and wear weather-appropriate clothing
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–16. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Oh Hey WA cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Oh Hey WA retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site

Cancellations:

• Bookings can only be cancelled by the tour participant by emailing hey@ohheywa.com.au or calling 0408 995 965
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days prior to departure date: 50% cancellation fee applie, or the ticket can be transferred over to another tour on a different date of the same value
• Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and no date changes permitted

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
