At the Airport:

• Airport: Suvarnabhumi International Airport Bangkok
• After arriving, make your way through passport control, baggage collection and Customs
• International Arrivals: Proceed to closest exit of the International Arrivals terminal (Exits B & C), exit and head right, follow the sign Meeting Point. Your representative will be waiting in this area holding a welcome sign at the Gate 4 area.
• Domestic Arrivals: After arriving proceed to Baggage claim to collect your luggage, then proceed to Exit A of the domestic arrivals hall to meet your Airport representative holding the Luxury Escapes welcome sign who will be at the Gate 1 Area.

• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage; a six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage
• Infant seats can be pre-booked directly through ICS Travel Group at time of booking for a surcharge of THB 210 per seat each way. Alternatively, guests can bring their own
• Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided
