• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available: October — March: Every day; April — September: Wednesday — Sunday
• Not valid: Christmas Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and ANZAC Day
• Departure Point: Matiatia Ferry Terminal, Waiheke; every 30 or 60 minutes depending on day and time of year
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2025

Important:

• It is recommended to allow half a day for the tour, including the return ferry trip
• Ferry tickets are not included in this experience and must be purchased separately
• Children under 5 may travel free of charge when taccompanied by a full paying adult – please advise at time of booking

• Bus pass only valid for date and time that has been selected at time of booking
• Fullers 360 cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Fullers360 retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
