Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Enclosed shoes (no jandals/sandals)
• Long hair to be tied back
• Dress appropriately (zipped up pockets are preferable)

Availability:

• Available Wednesday – Saturday: Open from 10am – 2pm (last entry). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time for check-in
• Available every day during July school holidays (6 July – 21 July 2024). Open from 10am – 2.30pm (last entry)
• Not valid: Sunday – Tuesday (during school term)

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, hotel transfers
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience. Guests can do as many pathways as you can within this timeframe; three hours is the maximum allowed time. Each next pathway will be higher and harder, you go as far as you want. Remember you can only do each pathway once
• Guests are recommended to bring food and drinks, as Adrenalin Forest only has fresh water available in the parks. Picnics are welcome
• You must sign the risk disclosure form and read the activity rules before participating

• Entry pass is valid for redemption at Auckland location only
• Minimum height of 140cm applies to all participants
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian/parent (18+)
• You must wear the safety equipment provided and fitted by Adrenalin Forest. Please do not adjust or take off your safety equipment. If you do so, it must be rechecked by Adrenalin Forest staff. You are not allowed to share any part of your safety equipment
