• Available every day: Tours at: 11am, 1pm or 4pm
• Venue: Shamarra Alpaca Farm Tours, 328 Wainui Main Rd, RD2 French Farm, Akaroa 7582 Banks Peninsula, Canterbury New Zealand
• Please arrive 15 minutes before tour booking time. All guests are required to check-in on arrival through the digital check-in system
• Parking is available onsite on farm road. Please note the road leading to venue is a one-way road and is always open for guests arriving for a farm tour. When guests depart, they will be told by a staff member when the road is open for them to drive down
• All guests driving cars and vans up to 14 seats must park at the reception building. Buses and large campervans must park in the designated parking area at the entrance and phone (03) 3045141 for pick-up

Important:

• Please allow up to one hour for tour duration
• If guests arrive after the start of the tour, they must join the tour in progress. Tour will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds or rescheduled are permitted for late arrivals
• Food and drinks not specified are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the venue
• Children must be aged 4+ to participate in this experience and be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times. Children under 3 may attend free of charge – please advise at time of booking
• Hotel transfers and transport not included

Terms & Conditions:

• Tours are subject to weather conditions. In wet weather conditions, farm tours can proceed on rainy days as there are under cover facilities and rain jackets can be provided. Tours may be cancelled in the event of extreme weather conditions and participants will be refunded if payment has been made in advance
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather conditions and in consideration for animal welfare
• Shamarra Alpaca Farm Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Shamarra Alpaca Farm Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors
