7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Guests can decide to recieve their breakfast, lunch and dinner inclusions in their villa or at Kubu Cafe.
- Three-course lunch and dinner is from a set menu.
- Breakfast is buffet at Kubu Cafe or a la carte in-villa. Guests can decide between Indonesian, Aussie or a late morning breakfast.
- Guests can choose to recieve the Balinese massage at the Venus Spa or in-villa.
- Daily cocktail is a choice between cosmopolitan, mojito or a pina colada and can be enjoyed in-villa or at at Kubu Cafe.
- One-hour free-flow cocktails must be enjoyed at Kubu Cafe.
- Daily shuttle is drop-off only at 11am to Double Six Beach.
- Complimentary bike hire is subject to availability.
Private Airport Transfers
Inclusions:
- English-speaking driver.
- Airport parking fee and toll fee.
- A 330ml bottle of water per person.
Fine Print:
- You will be emailed a form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.
- Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
- Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way or you may bring your own seat to fit in the car.
- Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club
- Enjoy free entrance to Tropical Temptation in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP Area & Cabana’s

- Must present Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
