- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Ocean Restaurant, served from 6:30am–10am.
- Daily à la carte lunch is served at Chill Restaurant from 11:30am–3pm. The set menu will be provided separately.
- Daily dinner is served at Ocean or Chill restaurants from 6pm–10pm. The set menu will be provided separately.
- Guests can enjoy three hours of free-flow cocktails daily at Bonfire Lounge on the beach, from 5pm–8pm, including selected cocktails, local beers and house wines. If it rains, these drinks will be served at The Chill.
- One 60-minute massage is included per adult. Guests may choose between the Signature Treatment and Body Massage and can claim the treatment at the resort or pre-book with the Front Office team.
- Guests will receive a complimentary upgrade from a Superior Room to an Ocean View Room.
- Guests will receive one tropical fruit basket per room each day.
- The return boat transfers to and from the resort run once daily, according to the seasonal schedule. Boats depart Sihanoukville at 1:30pm and the resort at 11am. Guests should wait at the lounge at Sihanoukville Port Autonomous, Gate 1, look for the resort logo and provide their arrival and departure details. Scheduled departures may be adjusted due to weather or operational conditions.
- Children aged 12 years and under may stay free of charge and receive the applicable package inclusions, subject to the maximum occupancy of the selected villa.
- Guests will enjoy daily access to non-motorised watersports, including kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and snorkelling equipment. These are available from the Beach Hut near the main swimming pool, and advance booking is not required.
