7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily continental breakfast is served from 7am—10am at Tambua Sands Restaurant.
• Daily lunch is served from 12pm—2pm at Tambua Sands Restaurant.
• Nightly dinner is served from 6pm—8.30pm at Tambua Sands Restaurant, served with dinner.
• Welcome drink is a non-alcoholic drink chosen by the resort, served on arrival.
• The included reef walks will occur during low tide for approximately 30 minutes.
• The resort provides complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas, including the main building and pool area. Signal is possible from some Bures.
• One shuttle transfer to Baravi Handicrafts & Cafe is from 10am—2pm every day. Guests need to book at least four hours in advance at hotel front desk.
• Guaranteed 1pm late checkout is effective from 1 April 2026 onwards. Travellers checking out prior to 1 April 2026 will enjoy guaranteed 4pm late checkout.
• Unlimited free-flow beer and wine (select packages only) are available from 11am—8pm. Includes Fiji Bitter, Fiji Gold, and house red and white wine.

Private Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Private transfers between Nadi International Airport (NAN) and Tambua Sands Beach Resort, air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver and one bottle of water per person.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your requested date within 1–2 business days after completing your booking form, inclusive of flight details. Look out for communication from Tour Managers Fiji.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Infant and child booster seats can be pre-booked from FJ$18 per seat, per one-way transfer. Guests may also bring their own seats if advised in advance.
• Passengers must check in at the Tour Managers Fiji desk, located through the customs hall on the left as you exit arrivals.
• The maximum wait time is one hour. Delays over one hour may result in cancellation with no refund. Waiting charges apply: 50% of the transfer rate for the first hour, with an additional 50% for every extra hour thereafter.
• Each guest may bring one standard-size suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf bags) will incur an additional charge.
