7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served in Horizon Club Lounge from 7am–10.30am.
• Horizon Club Lounge access is available from 7am–10pm daily. Benefits include coffee, tea and soft drinks available throughout the day, and concierge and secretarial services.
• Two hours of nightly free-flow drinks and canapes are served at the Horizon Club Lounge from 5:30pm–7:30pm. The dress code for happy hour is relaxed, smart casual.
• Afternoon tea is served daily from 2pm–4pm at Horizon Club.
• The daily all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch is served at China Kitchen (open Monday to Saturday) from 11.30am–2.30pm and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• 30% spa discount is valid on a la carte spa treatments at Chi, The Spa. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Kids’ Corner is open from 9am–6pm with daily activities. Please note there are no stand-by staff to supervise.
• Please note: One child (12 and under) stays and eats free, with dining inclusions including daily breakfast, one-time dim sum lunch and daily afternoon tea, sleeping on an extra bed. Any additional children will be charged at the time of booking, sharing existing bedding and receiving breakfast only. Not applicable to solo traveller packages.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• Valid for up to six passengers.
• Valid for travel to and from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) only.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
