7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 30 days prior to the original check-in date. This cannot be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account, you will need to contact the customer service department. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily a la carte breakfast is available at The Octagon Ocean Club from 7am–11am.
• One safari picnic breakfast is available as an alternative to daily a la carte breakfast at Plataran Ijen or The Octagon Ocean Club.
• Daily choice of two-course lunch or dinner is served at The Octagon Ocean Club.
• Daily afternoon tea at Wantilan Deck or Banjar Gumi is available from 4pm–5pm.
• Nightly cocktails are served at The Octagon Ocean Club from 9am–6pm.

• Daily ceremonial offering and medicine classes begin at 9am or 4pm. Kayaking and cycling begin at 9.30am or 3pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• Transfers are to and from Plataran Menjangan Resort & Spa and I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
• Luxury airport transfer will be in a Toyota Innova or similar.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Standard transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• Luxury transfers can accommodate up to two large and three small suitcases OR four medium suitcases.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
