7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Two vouchers will be given at check-in for the welcome cocktail. This can be redeemed at Sky Roof Bar or Pool Side Lounge.
- The resort will reach out prior to arrival to organise hotel transfers (select packages only).
- Spa treatments must be booked in advance. The spa is open from 1pm to 10pm daily.
- US$300 dining credit can be used at all dining outlets - Starlight Cafe, Moonshadow and Sky Roof Bar. No minimum spend required.
- The complimentary minibar includes two cans of coke, two Asahi beers and two pokka orange juices. This is replenished on the fourth day of stay.
- Starlight Cafe is open from 6.30am to 10am for breakfast, 11am to 2pm for lunch and 5pm to 9pm for dinner.
- Moonshadow is open from 11am to 2pm for lunch and 5pm to 9pm for dinner.
- Sky Roof Bar is open nightly from 5pm to 12am.
- The infinity pool is open daily from 8am to 5pm.
- The fitness centre is open daily from 7am to 10pm.
- Daily shuttles to Koror city centre (WCTC Shopping Centre) operate daily at 7.30am. Shuttles back to the hotel operate daily at 8.30am, 4.30pm and 8.30pm.
