• The resort fee, valued at US$59 per night, includes: Two reusable water bottles, Wi-Fi for up to four devices per room, 60 minutes of local and international phone calls, free breakfast for children (5 and under) with purchase of an adult meal from Monkeypod Kitchen, in-room coffee and tea kit replenished daily, access to the fitness centre, pool and hot tub, beach towel use and All Good reef-friendly sunscreen available at the pool. Guests also receive one free Waikiki Aquarium junior admission (ages 4 to 12) per paying adult or US$1 off regular adult admission for OUTRIGGER guests without children, and complimentary general admission to the Bishop Museum for one family of two adults and two children (4–17) (guest keycard must be shown).

End your days toasting the sunset with chilled nightly cocktails and a local twist on hors d’oeuvres. Voyager 47 Club Lounge is open from 6.30am–9.30am and 4.30pm–6.30pm.

  • Valid for two or four guests, as indicated in your selected accommodation package
  • Available every day on request, 5am–10pm. Shuttle runs approximately every 60 minutes
  • Infants under 2 years travel free only when seated on a parent’s lap. A booster or child seat can be requested at the time of booking for US$20 per seat, per way, plus an additional charge for the occupied space (where the number of guests valid for your package is exceeded). • How to redeem: Bookings are essential at least 24 hours prior to flight departure. To complete your booking, you must provide info@flyshuttletours.com with the following:
  • Full name of lead traveller
  • Flight number and airline
  • Arrival date and time
  • Hotel name/address
  • Your Luxury Escapes voucher with your booking code for redemption
• Your transfer is not confirmed until this information has been provided to the operator at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure. Once booked, you will be sent your pick-up location information
• Terms & Conditions:
  • A limit of two standard-size suitcases applies per person. Excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags and wheelchairs may incur an additional cost per piece
  • Tips and gratuities are not included
  • Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly
  • Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date
  • Passengers assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or any member of their party. A fee from US$100 applies for each carpet or seat burn. A sanitation fee may apply from US$250

  • Valid for two or four guests, as per your selected accommodation package
  • Infants and children are counted as a passenger. Additional charges apply for any passengers exceeding the number valid for your accommodation package, payable directly to Aloha VIP
  • Child and infant car seats must be reserved in advance and incur a fee from US$10 per seat, each way, payable directly to the driver
• How to redeem:
  • Please complete your airport transfer information via your account, inclusive of flight details. Aloha VIP will confirm your book within three business days once you have finalised your transfer details.
• Terms & Conditions
  • Greeters will meet all guests at their designated baggage claim (arrivals) or at the hotel’s bus loading area (departures). Please look out for an Aloha VIP Tours representative in red and white aloha attire holding a sign with your name on it; greeters will then assist you to your vehicle
  • Bookings requiring special handling, such as handicap-accessible vehicles, must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the date of service to ensure availability. Bookings made within this period are subject to availability
  • Passengers failing to report at the specified time and location are considered no-shows and full charges will apply
  • Flight delays will not be construed as no-shows, and cancellation charges will not apply, provided passengers arrive on their original delayed flight
  • Passengers who arrive on a different flight without notifying Aloha VIP Tours may be required to pay additional charges. Aloha VIP will do its best to accommodate these passengers but is not obligated to provide services if space is unavailable. Passengers whose actual flight arrives after their original flight are considered no-shows on their original booking
  • Passengers arriving without a reservation received by Aloha VIP Tours will incur a service charge of US$10 net per person, in addition to the rate for services
  • Two luggage pieces per person. Maximum dimensions per airline guidelines: 62 linear inches (158cm) and 70lbs (30kg)
  • Additional charges apply for golf bags, sports equipment, band instruments, bicycles, surfboards (6 feet and under) and other oversized baggage requiring special handling. Services will not be provided for any luggage item over 6 feet in length. All additional baggage charges are payable directly to the transportation provider at the time of service
  • Liability, if any, for loss of, damage to, or delayed delivery of baggage shall not exceed US$100 for any single piece or US$200 in aggregate per passenger, whether for repair, replacement or actual cash value. The carrier shall not be liable for baggage not acceptable for transportation. Claims must be filed with the carrier within 24 hours of arrival, with written notice received within 30 days

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date.
