Set on a 90-acre historic estate in the rolling hills of Currency Creek, this adults-only cottage is framed by 500-year-old gum trees and its own orchard. Floor-to-ceiling windows capture uninterrupted views across a spring-fed dam and open countryside, with native birdlife frequenting the grounds. The recently completed extension pairs contemporary design with a spacious living area and a bespoke, fully equipped kitchen.
On the Fleurieu Peninsula, the property sits about an hour’s drive from Adelaide. Middleton’s township and surf breaks are around seven minutes away, with Port Elliot and historic Goolwa roughly 15 minutes by road. Victor Harbor, Strathalbyn and the wineries and farmers’ markets of Willunga and McLaren Vale are within 20 minutes.
No parties or large events. Quiet hours apply between 10 pm and 7 am. Smoking strictly outside. No pets permitted. Please leave the space as found; additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning or damage.
