Maha Hills Resort is ideally situated in the serene jungle of Sambangan, overlooking tiers of rice fields. A short drive away, you’ll find the sparkling beachfront of Lovina and the breathtaking Aling Aling waterfall, a hidden gem in Sambangan Village. This Bali retreat is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), offering easy access to the north island’s natural beauty and attractions. Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR721,875 per person (14+) applies for the compulsory Christmas Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Child Policy: Children under 14 years are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is available from 7am to 11am at TopVibes Pool & Eatery. Breakfast is a choice between four a la carte meals. Juice, tea and coffee are included.
• Daily set-menu lunch or dinner are available from 1pm to 9pm at Somarasa restaurant. Please note these meals are plant-based.
• Nightly cocktail is available from 5pm to 7pm at TopVibes Pool & Eatery.
• Spa treatments must be booked in advance at Soendaram Divine Spa.
• Guests must purchase entry tickets for Aling Aling waterfall from Maha Hills Resort’s reception before taking the shuttle bus.
• The Lovina dolphin boat tour leaves from Lovina Beach. Guests must make their own way to and from the beach.
• Resort activities include Creating Canang, Meditation, Yoga and Balinese Dance Classes.

One-Way or Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way OR return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
