7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Welcome sparkling wine is served by reception staff at the Terrace Bar on arrival between midday and 8pm. Non-alcoholic drinks are available on request.
- Daily breakfast is served in Rick Stein at Bannisters between 7am and 10.30am, and includes a cold buffet breakfast with pastries, juices, chia and yoghurt puddings, cold meats and cheese. Herbal teas and coffee available by self-serve.
- The two-course dinner at Rick Stein at Bannisters (select packages only) is a choice of options from a set menu, available from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, subject to change. Bookings are essential – the hotel will contact guests for bookings and dietary requirements.
- Dining reservations should be made as soon as possible after booking, as seatings are subject to availability.
- The Rick Stein masterclass is held at 3pm on Monday, Wednesday or Friday at Rick Stein at Bannisters. The hotel will contact guests to organise a booking. Comprises a 60-minute cooking demonstration conducted by the Bannisters Executive Head Chef (or Head Chef), based on Rick Stein’s books and some of his favourite locations.
- Dogs are strictly allowed in the designated dog friendly rooms only. No other pets are permitted. While dogs are allowed in certain areas of the hotel, dogs are not permitted at Rick Stein at Bannisters or the immediate pool area. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when on hotel grounds outside your room. For more information, please contact the hotel.
