Raffles Dubai is perfectly located in the premium business and shopping district, with the Dubai Healthcare City Metro Station just a five-minute walk away to get you wherever you need to go. The colossal Burj Khalifa is only a 15-minute drive away.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted ONE date change up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Inclusions are valid for two adults and up to two children, per package.
• The legal drinking age in the UAE is 21 years and over.
• Daily breakfast will be served at Azur Restaurant on the third floor Monday to Friday from 7am to 10.30am, and 7am to 11am on Saturday and Sunday.
• Afternoon tea is served daily from 2pm to 4pm in the Raffles Club Lounge consisting of a selection of pastries, scones and sandwiches.
• A two-hour happy hour from 5pm to 7pm includes evening canapes, cocktails and mocktails served nightly at the Raffles Club Lounge.
• The light dinner buffet from 5pm to 7pm consists of salads, salmon, grilled meats and vegetables, crudites, cheeses, soups, chicken, falafels, french pastries and fruits. Served in the club lounge on floor 19.
• For the option of early check-in of 10am or late checkout of 4pm, your flight details must be provided to the hotel in advance to confirm your choice. This is subject to availability.
• The 20% dining discount applies to a la carte menus only. This is valid for all onsite restaurants except for room service and TOMO Japanese Restaurant are excluded. Not applicable on key dates, holidays, promotions and discounts.
• Spa credit: The included AED100 spa credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. A minimum spend of AED400 applies. Spa credit at Raffles Dubai excludes retail and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Summer upgrade: Travel between 1 May and 30 September in 2026 to receive your choice of daily lunch or dinner. Guests may choose either a Raffles signature bento box or a poke bowl by the pool.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A return airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, in-car Wi-Fi, airport parking fee and toll fee.
• Transfer valid for up to four passengers.
• Elevate DMC will be in contact within one to three business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly.
• Luggage restrictions: Three large suitcases and one small suitcase.
• An infant seat can be booked at US$5 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own. Maximum of two child seats per car.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
