Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok is tucked away in the heart of downtown Bangkok, offering easy access to the city’s shopping districts and cultural attractions such as the Grand Palace, Wat Arun and the Erawan Shrine. The Central Embassy and Central World shopping malls are also both within a 10-minute drive of the retreat. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Nourish restaurant from 6am until 10.30am on weekdays and until 11am on the weekends and public holidays.
• Afternoon tea is served at Bittersweet from 3pm to 5pm.
• Nightly two-hour free-flow cocktails and canapes are served at Bittersweet from 5pm to 7pm.
• The 30% dining discount is valid for food only and for dining in the restaurant. Does not apply to in-room dining. The participating venues are Nourish, Khum Hom, Bittersweet and Rim Klong Cafe.
• The 15% drinks discount can be applied at all hotel outlet venues. The participating venues are Nourish, Khum Hom, Bittersweet and Rim Klong Cafe. Not applicable to in-room dining.
• The 30% spa discount applies to a la carte treatments at Be Well Spa, not applicable in conjunction with other promotional offers.
• The 30-minute massage is a head, neck and shoulder massage at Be Well Spa. Advance booking is required upon arrival. Cannot be exchanged for a voucher or further discounts and cannot be transferred. If not redeemed, the offer will be forfeited.
• Daily Club Lounge access includes afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm, and evening cocktails and canapes from 5pm to 7pm. Timings are subject to change.
• Mövenpick chocolate hour is available every day in the Bittersweet Lounge Bar from 2pm until 3pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
