The hotel is very nice in terms of location, close to most of the places that tourists need. Opposite the hotel is the T1 tram line, which is a vital line. In addition, there are many and varied shops around the hotel. The service is great, the staff are cooperative and smiling, and they try to help you in various ways, especially the reception staff, Caber and Erol. The cleanliness of the room is excellent, and I thank the nice employee, Tugba, for always making our room clean

The hotel makes a great first impression with its elegant exterior and beautifully decorated lobby. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, offering a good variety of options, and the spa area was quite acceptable given the price range. The standout feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our visit. I’d particularly like to commend the breakfast staff for their excellent service and the lobby team who assisted us with our luggage and ensured a smooth departure. Their professionalism truly gave us a five-star experience. However, the most significant drawback was the room size. At check-in, the staff kindly suggested that we consider upgrading since we were traveling with our infant. I chose not to upgrade, assuming the standard room would be adequately sized. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than expected. The queen-size bed barely fit, and the additional baby bed left no space to move around. The bathroom was also very compact, with the door swing occupying the entire standing area, making it difficult to navigate. While the hotel’s service and amenities were excellent, the limited room space detracted from our overall comfort. If you’re traveling with a family or require more space, I’d highly recommend opting for a room upgrade.

Amazing service from Zin Thu in the lounge— always knew what drinks we wanted and got it for us before we could even ask! Super warm and friendly always. Housekeeping was always good but Abel was particularly great helping to keep to our specific requests for the room and always had a friendly attitude. Very detail oriented. The rooms were a little small but overall good. The location is really good, close to the tram station but if your room is facing that direction it will get noisy.
