The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the selection of pillows. I booked the club room with access to the Milliseme Club, where the food was delicious. There was a slight delay when I arrived close to the end of the afternoon tea service, but the staff made it right by personally sending macaroons and cookies to my room, which was a lovely touch. The staff were always friendly and smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a wide variety of options. I spent a long time trying to sample everything! The fresh juices were especially delicious!

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and I would like to give special credit to Amirah, who was very helpful and attentive. She made every effort to fulfill my requests whenever possible, which I truly appreciate. However, one downside was that the bed was a bit too soft for my preference—perhaps a firmer option could be considered. Additionally, I had made an early request that seemed to have been overlooked, but fortunately, when I brought it up during check-in at the lobby, Amirah promptly addressed it, ensuring a great experience for me. Overall, a wonderful stay, thanks to the excellent service!
