There was an employee named Milad Raafat who was very nice with the customers. He provided us with everything we needed. He was a nice person. I think he was the most important employee in the hotel.

Samsaam was outstanding during our buffet breakfast. Attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. He kept our table clean and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service!

Had a wonderful experience at Entre Nous restaurant, Novotel World Trade Centre. The staff was very helpful and professional, and the Iftar setup was well-organized. We had an incredible Ramadan iftar experience! Everything exceeded our expectations, starting with Elie’s exceptional hospitality. The food was outstanding; every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The mansaf, ouzi and rice were especially delicious, and the salads tasted as good as they looked. While the selection wasn’t overly diverse, the quality of each dish was exceptional. A huge thank you to Chef Ali and the team for such a memorable dining experience!
