Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights from the 18/3/25 to the 20/3/25. Stayed at the family room. The rooms are beginning to show its age but still very clean and you get a good night’s rest. Location is great for walking around the Pratunam area. Service staff were fantastic and very accommodating to our needs. Special mention to Best and Earn who helped us settle in and helped us with the late check out. Best even gave my little girl a little fishing toy seeing her age. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great service with the concierge attending to the details and needs of the customer. The lady Best has been really good at making sure the key aspects of the stay are ironed out. During our conversation, she has taken note of what is required and went one notch above to make our stay a good one. Location is fantastic access to Platinum Mall and minutes away from Pratunam. Breakfast spread is simply good, for couples and for families.

This is my second time staying here and I must say the service is really top notch by all the staff members. From the bellboy to the concerige to the service staff at the pool and restaurant and room, I have nothing but compliments to give. We booked four rooms and they really tried to accommodate to our request on having them on the same floor. One of the rooms were ready earlier so we could all out our luggages in first. The bell boy at the ground floor was always playing with our kids. Before we left, our kids even bought a drink just to thank him (P). Special mention to Affan and Ice too for allowing special requests for our rooms. We had late check out and a bed added upon request. The location was convenient. This will be the only hotel that I will stay if I visit BKK.

We checked in on the 15 morning. We were pleasantly surprised as the staff gave us such an early check in at 10 am. Throughout the stay we had excellent service. The breakfast at the restaurant Square was great. The pool bar View was refreshing. The best experience we had was at Platinum Lounge and Rest. The Thai inspired cocktails were awesome. Overall we rate this hotel five stars. We will definitely come back. We would also like to compliment 3 staff. Reception counter staff named ICE. Platinum staff named Princess Neena. Square staff intern AK. These staff have gone beyond their way to provide great service. Well done.
