Maison Venezia | UNA Esperienze sits in the heart of Venice’s historical Cannaregio district, approximately a 20-minute drive from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE), followed by a 20-minute ferry from P.le Roma “F” and a five-minute walk. The northernmost of Venice’s six sestieri (districts), Cannaregio is the largest by population and second-largest by land area. Known for its youthful vibe, buzzing nightlife and numerous bacaros, Cannaregio is one of Venice’s liveliest areas. Airport and ferry transfers are not included, please plan accordingly.

We stayed here February 2025 and it was the most beautiful hotel we’ve stayed in. The room was beautiful and the one we requested, and the bed was very comfy after a long day walking. The location was fabulous as it was set back from the main street so not as busy, but such easy walking distance from main attractions and lovely restaurants. When we arrived, Nina was so helpful and gave wonderful customer service, directing us to the best spots drawing on a map. She had a smile on her face despite the time and was so knowledgeable. The breakfast had a wide range of options all of which were delicious. I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore and we will definitely be returning.

Stayed here during honeymoon trip and it was an amazing hotel! The interior feels very modern and the room was spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly. Would recommend for traveling in Venice!

Super walkable location, right off one of the water taxis from the airport (second stop). Lots of amenities at the hotel such as happy hour. We booked through Expedia and got a free bottle of wine.

We stayed here from Aug 3-5,2024, in two room, as we are a family of 5. We loved the rooms, service, and the location. It’s close to everything, the port, Gondola pier, and the Main Street, with all the attractions/ restaurants, and shops. Neda, is helpful and kind🙂 Breakfast buffet is for $14 Euros, and worth it. They have a complimentary lounge for tea, coffee, croissants 🥐, and cookies, daily from 3pm till 9pm. Overall, a wonderful experience here at this hotel. Thanks to the staff of UNA hotel, kind and nice 😊
